The Bosch GLL 30 S Self-Leveling Cross-Line Laser Kit provides a tool that projects two lines, making a cross-line projection, for a wide array of level and align uses. This versatility makes it more valuable than a typical line laser. With top-notch accuracy and 1-switch operation, the user’s leveling and alignment tasks are done quickly and correctly. The laser lines are visible up to 30 ft. The Smart Pendulum System self-levels and indicates out-of-level condition to help ensure an accurate layout. The pendulum system locks when switched off, to assure secure tool transport. The included MM 2 Flexible Mounting Device provides micro fine height adjustment and it allows the laser to be clamped on virtually any surface from 1/2 in. to 2-1/4 in. thick, for level lines at any height. This kit includes a belt pouch for easy carry-along accessibility.

I got this during the holiday sale for $40 and that is an UNBEATABLE deal for this laser. Honestly I should probably buy a second one…My ONLY complain is the stand. Its pretty cheap, and really hard to get the laser lined up with. There’s a lot of play in the locking mechanism and it moves as you lock it.The good news though is that the laser uses the standard camera tripod thread, so all you’ve gotta do is go buy a nice camera tripod and you’re set!

I used this to keep the tile straight on my shower wall. The included little arm thing was pretty helpful for securing the level. I used it to attached to a ladder as well as a 5 gallon bucket. Not pretty but got the job done. No complaints at all with this unit, buy with confidence.

This is a nice unit, compact with a case. I wish the case was larger so it could accommodate the clamp assembly, oh well. This is a good value for the money. A buddy lent me a Hammerhead Brand level and it had more horizontal range on the laser. I think this beam is a little narrower so you’ll need to swivel the head a bit more to cover an entire wall or room. Other than that it works well. I got it at Home Depot on a sale at $40.

This self leveler works very well and I like the mounting clamp it comes with. The only down side is the horizontal laser line does not extend as wide as the vertical due to the housing around the lense, but this still works well for many projects.
