The Bosch BLAZE Pro GLM165-40 165 ft. Laser Measure is a fully featured tool with an easy-to-read backlit display. It provides default real-time distance, area, volume and indirect measuring functions. Thanks to its laser precision technology, this pocket-sized tool takes instant and reliable measurements up to 165 ft. to size up the job in seconds. It is accurate up to 1/16 in. Includes bonus GLL 2 laser. The Bosch GLL 2 self-leveling cross-line laser is a compact leveling and alignment solution. The GLL 2 features a smart pendulum system that self-levels and indicates out-of-level condition, offers switch slider to lock for transport. Easy to use 1 button allows 1 to choose between cross-line, horizontal or vertical lines depending on the application.

I love this thing – better than expected. My favorite feature is how you can shoot multiple measurements and it will display them all simultaneously without me having to stop and write them down after each one and 165′ Length is overly powerful for anything id need it for. Biggest downside is that its not rechargeable – you have to replace the batteries but thats no problem if you keep AAA’s in stock. Thanks – Very Pleased!

One of the other Project Mgrs. in our office has the Mini-Dewalt, I didn’t like it because the fraction read out is so small, that is why I purchased the Bosch. I was disappointed to see the fraction read out on the Bosch is the same as the Mini-Dewalt.
