This thing is so accurate that I actually have to add a little slop to my cuts to ensure things are not too tight!!! I install box beams, crown and baseboard every day, and this tool makes it so easy to get incredibly accurate measurements. Do yourself a favor and pick one up.

Where was this thing when I measured my house for architectural drawings!!!! I really can’t believe I used a tape measure…This will not completely replace your tape measure, but it’s a fantastic tool for your toolbelt. I typically use the second mode, which stores 3 measurements. I can’t stress how much faster this is than a tape measureis for longer (over 5′) measurements. I chose Bosch because of their reputation for quality products, and have no complaints about this little workhorse. Highly recommended!

The only thing I didn’t like about it was that that backlight turned off on the display rather quickly and it would have been nice if it had stayed on or had a button to keep it on. Otherwise it is great.
