Seems great but is much bulkier and heavier than expected. Perfect for a jobsite but makes working in a small room difficult

Good sturdy stand, great extensions and stops. Very happy with it.

Minor to assemble, strong enough for my duties I now want to replace my malita miter saw for a 10″ Bosch. Great product

Bought this with my 12 duel chop as it was the only one they had at the time and I could move the saw myself and set up was ok Just alittle tippy when moving. I see they now have a new model that lowers and lifts like the one for the table saw. I would upgrade if I did not have so much money into this model .Save your back and buy the new fold down easy lift stand

Just picked this up and I excited to use it. Hard to get excited about work but I had a saw stand prior to this and for all of the pros of it I needed to fight with keeping the material flat at the cut because of wobbly wings. Bosch is well thought out and sturdy.

Seems pretty sturdy. Wheel assembly makes transport easier. Only real complaint is that the clamp down mechanism for the adjustable rollers is poorly thought out (not typical of Bosch). The clamps loosen easily and tend to slip off the bracket. Not sure why they did this. Otherwise would get another star

This product is easily assembled and the miter saw mount in quick fashion. The extension arms are sturdy but the stops don’t always rise square to the saw. Not easily moved once a saw is attached so if you plan on moving the saw arround go for the T4B.

Does make it a lot nice with the extendable arms.

excellent stand, very strong, extensions on stand great for long boards.

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this miter saw stand as it looked a bit flimsy. However, based on some other reviewers stating that they were using it with a 12” miter saw with great results I decided to try it.I am really happy with my decision. This unit is more beefy than it looks in the photo. The legs are not twigs. It holds my Bosch 12” miter saw steady and with no issues. Assembly was fairly straight forward, and the directions were not too bad compared to others I’ve recently encountered. One word of advice I would like to pass on is this: The material supports at the end of the extensions cannot take a lot of torque when tightening or the screw will break off inside of the roller assembly rendering it useless. Just use the screwdriver to tighten, not a wrench or socket. The unit also holds the saw at a nice height. No more cutting on the ground. I’m 6’ 2”, and this is so much nicer. I love the extensions for cutting longer material like crown molding because I no longer need a helper to hold the other end. I can easily use it with 8 foot sticks. What else can I say? It’s beefy; comes with everything you need to mount up your saw (I own a Bosch so can’t speak for other brands); it folds up, but I haven’t got to that yet. Overall, just a nice unit and I would buy it again.

Bosch makes great tools. I have the Dewalt stand and the Bosch, The Bosch does more and is made better but the location of the knob to extend arms is horrible. You can barely get your fingers in there to turn it and why couldn’t they use a quick lever. Other than that bad design flaw it is a great stand. Love the rollers but again they should make it easier to adjust than turning a knob!

The saw was easy to assemble and simple to use. It’s a very sturdy stand and a great investment. Gone are the days where you have to get on your knees to cut material due to the saw sitting on the ground. The one thing Bosch should work on is creating an end support for wide flimbsy material such as vinyl siding. Beyond that, everything else is fine.

The stand is exceptionally good and it is very sturdy. I was apprehensive as I saw that it was made in China but it has been very good. Thew fasteners are very well made and adjustments are easy to do.

This stand is very easy to set up and adjust but I found it impossible to slide my rather heavy Bosch gliding miter saw along the rail. It can be removed easily but will not slide, leaving me with only option to remove and reposition.

This stand is well designed, rugged and the workmanship is excellent. It assembled easily and there were no missing pieces. It is sturdy when set up and adjustable foot on the leg is a nice feature. It even fit my Ryobi 10″ miter saw without the need for an intermediate piece of plywood or any extra drilling. definitely worth the money.

So far so good. No complaints. Stable stand and well made.

This was easy to assembly and use. I would like to see a couple more handles a/o a mechanism to release both legs at once, because when picking up the end with rollers to retract the legs and utilize that functionality, that area is now difficult to grab and has a couple of sharp edges.

Let me start by saying that I have not had experience with any competitors’ products in this category, but I purchased the Bosch GTA3800 based on the extension arms having BOTH rollers and stops. I may stand to be corrected, but as of yet I have not found another product that offers both these features including Bosch’s more expensive TB4. I also got the impression from shopping online that this product has been discontinued and in the absence of another product with the features I sought, I decided the time was right to purchase.I borrowed a Ridgid MS1065LZ 10 inch miter saw to test the stand since I am currently shopping for a saw of my own. Mounting this saw to the stand was fairly simple, it just took a few tries to get the bolts to line up and thread. In theory, I won’t be regularly swapping out miter saws, so a little effort for one time setup is not a big deal. On the first page of the manual there is a comprehensive list of compatible miter saws and this manual can be downloaded from Bosch before or after purchase. Any saw not on the list may or may not be a candidate, but worst-case scenario you could mount the saw to plywood and attach that to the stand (less than ideal but hardly impossible).WORK HEIGHT:With the Ridgid saw, the saw table sits 37” high. I find this to be an acceptable working height being a six-foot tall person, but I certainly wouldn’t want any lower.CUTTING CAPACITY:Bosch claims you can handle 16’ lumber with this. That is mostly true. If you are making cuts anywhere near the center of a 16’ stick no problem. If you want to nip just an inch off the end of the 16’ stick is when you will either have to hold or clamp your work piece down. With the saw positioned fully opposite and the wing fully extended, I was able to get 94” from blade to the edge of the support. You need more than 96” to truly balance a 16’ board without losing it or having to hold it. Probably not a deal breaker, but worth noting. That being said, if you had to cut a bunch of 92 5/8” studs out of 96” stock (or anything less), with the adjustable stop this stand is an absolute champion. Unfortunately in an upcoming project I have to cut a bunch of custom studs at 103 1/8”, thus I cannot utilize the stops although the stand will certainly support the cuts. With both wings fully extended, the support span measures 12’ 8 ½”. For the bulk of what I do, this is more than enough.PROS:Overall build quality = heavy duty (heavy gauge aluminum and steel, very little plastic).Has both rollers and stops making for quick, easy and repeatable production of cuts.12’ 8 ½” of material support from end to end, and up to 94” from end to saw blade.37” work height (varies with saw model).Easy to setup and take down.CONS:The plastic knobs to make adjustments are prone to sticking and hard to turn. The saw does not easily slide along the rail when the mounting clamps are unlocked.Possible issue with getting replacement parts (others have claimed that Bosch doesn’t offer them for this model).Assembly instructions don’t show all the parts included i.e. washers and cotter pin. I found the washersAFTER I had bent the cotter pin to secure the wheels at which point it was too late to use them. And speaking of, a hairpin cotter or R-clip would have been superior to a cotter pin in this application since it is removable as opposed to use once and destroy. Nothing a trip to the hardware store won’t cure if I really wanted to.

Got the stand a few month ago really enjoyed the longer arms compared to the gravity stand. However the end caps never stay tightened to the point I have stripped both in a matter of a few months and sadly finding replacement bolts has been a bearHowever all in all not a bad stand
