Rock solid. Well engineered. Arrived quickly and undamaged. Easy assembly with included tool. Very pleased with the item and Home Depot’s smooth hassle free service.

It’s not lightweight but it’s sturdy. I have been leaving my 12” Milwaukee miter saw mounted on it and just rolling it out and unfolding the legs when needed.

Not listed in the brochure as compatible fits is the Dewalt DWS779. This is nearly identical to the DWS780 which is listed. I can confirm that the DWS779 does fit this stand with no modifications or adjustments necessary. This stand provides an easy to use and sturdy platform.

Excellent stand. Easy to set up, folds up easy, and is much more stable then my yellow and black stand. Plus it comes with the rollers.

Very well built, overall a good design – the knobs to raise/lower the extension arms/supports could be located in a better location, high quality materials used to construct, very sturdy support for saw and materials.

I have been using this stand for over a year now. Here it is…..The stand is built very tough and solid. Legs are solid. The stance is just wide enough to fit pretty much anywhere and gives you a very stable work surface. The rollers are pretty weird. They work well, but seem to come off in transit and will not stay on after a while. But, you put them back on and they get the job done. They don’t move while your working, just in transit, it seems. I guess that can’t take the banging around while in the truck. The wheels are a little weird too. They seem to be just a bit to small and to narrow of a footprint. Whatever you do, don’t try to roll this stand with your saw attached. Very cumbersome and will tilt fast. This is one of the parts I hate. I’d like to leave my saw on and roll to another location without putting my saw on the ground. Overall, the stand is solid. Has very wide sliding rails that come in more handy than you would think.

I like the fact that it was easy to assemble and that it will work with my Makita compound miter saw

I like it! Wonder if like in the case of Dewalt you may have the wide side stands, I’m using the bench 4my beautiful Bosh miter saw, the 12inch glide, wider side stands will be great!

Very impressed with this stand. Have been using the dewalt stand but this one seems more heavy duty and the rollers on the arms are a plus. Will buy it again.

Probably the best non-mobile miter saw stand. Made out of good material and seem well built. I have not used it yet but compare to stands from other vendor, this one is clearly superior in term of build and material use. The main reason for 4 stars (instead of 5) is that the whole setup will tip over with a miter saw attached when in stored away configuration. I wish it has some kind of V leg anchoring the end with the wheel so it can stand up without tipping over.I was also looking at the T4B stand but decided not to get it becausea) No roller (they changed the design for the worse IMHO)b) Quite a bit more expensivec) Does not have the weigh capacity as the GTA3800

Quick to assemble, light to carry, but rock solid on the job.

Have used for a month or so. Sturdy, folds easily, extensions slide out well. Saw lifts on and off with minimal effort. Difficult to wheel around on gravel or bareground. Wheels could be bigger, but not that big a deal. Stores small.

Definitely not the cheapest saw stand on the market. Great value for the price, easy to set up and rock solid stable with my 12″ sliding miter saw.
