The Bosch 15 Amp Table Saw is built with a robust 15 Amp motor and designed for portability. It’s light enough to carry in 1-hand. This saw boasts a rip capacity of up to 18 in. and is equipped with a square-lock rip fence that self-aligns for accuracy. It clamps into channels on either side of the table to keep things consistently square. Safety features include a riving knife, anti-kickback pawls, blade guard and a push stick.

it was hard to adjust the saw equally from the fence. the front is slightly 1/32″ closer to the fence than the back of the blade. I couldn’t get it to line up perfectly. I guess it’s a portable table saw which is not really looking for extreme precision.

I’ve had this saw for less than two years with very light use just in my shop and not on any job sites. After working with a stacked dado blade the release lever for the riving knife is now broken and it’s making the saw unusable. It is not at all what I expect from Bosch since I have many of their tools and considered this saw a step up from my previous table saw. Replacing this part seem premature especially since it is likely to break again.

I had an older Bosch 4000, it came with a portable folding stand TS1000. I was happy with it, used it heavily and the motor finally burned out, still had about a half inch of carbon brush left. I looked for another table saw and got this one. I cut a 3/4 inch plywood and bolted this new one on that old table stand works good. I can still used the old miter gage, fits the groove on the new one.

For $299 this is a great saw and accepts a dado blade. Just finished cutting tenons in 8/4 red oak with an 8” dado blade and the motor breezed thru. Highly recommend for the money
