The Bosch 15 Amp Table Saw is built with a robust 15 Amp motor and designed for portability. It’s light enough to carry in 1-hand. This saw boasts a rip capacity of up to 18 in. and is equipped with a square-lock rip fence that self-aligns for accuracy. It clamps into channels on either side of the table to keep things consistently square. Safety features include a riving knife, anti-kickback pawls, blade guard and a push stick.

This is a nice little job site saw. Gets the job done. It is relatively lite and easy to carry. Has plenty of power. The blade was parallel to the fence from the factory. If neede it can be used with dado blades unlike some of the competition (the yellow and black saw for example). The only little thing i did not like is that the tool came without the sawdust collection bag. Bosch is too cheap to include this 5-dollar accessory. The bag suggested for this saw by the Home Depot site did not fit the dust collection port.

The saw came with loose screws in the box and some missing screws. The insert was dented and took a while to fix. I was able to work through the issues, but was disappointed in the quality.

I bough the Ryobi equivalent, used that for a few projects, and finally returned it to upgrade to this one. I love it so far – the fence is true and stays that way, its much more portable than others of this size, it’s got plenty of power, and all the accessories have a spot in the body of the saw where you can store them away, which is super handy. My first project with the saw had a few frustrating moments because I trusted that everything would be nice a square from the factory settings, but I slowly learned that that was not the case. Take the time to set it up right – the bevel angle wasn’t square (and is held in place by a zip-tie that is easy to miss while unboxing), and the blade wasn’t parallel to the miter slots, and that took a while to fix. I definitely recommend adding the stand, which is also very easy to use and high quality.

I’ve owned a Dewalt 745 in the past and loved the fence system and had planned on buying another one, however I ended up buying the Bosch today at my local Home Depot. I ran the saw this afternoon making rip and miter cuts with pine and ash, the saw is accurate and true straight out of the box. The fence is actually nice, although it doesn’t have the rack and pinion design that the Dewalt has, I have to say that I’m very happy with how smooth it is with solid lock. I love the large power switch, it’s actually more functional than the Dewalt. The fact that I can load my stacked dado on this is a big plus, something that I the Dewalt can’t do. The Dewalt is still in my opinion the best contractor saw on the market, but the Bosch is right up there side by side with it. One of the other reviewers complained about how loud the saw is, it’s actually about as loud as the Dewalt. When I power a saw up I want it to be loud, I want everyone around to know it’s running for safety reasons. Highly recommend.

Great saw, awesome power despite the small size and it’s easy to store or move around. It’s not going to have the power and precision of a cabinetry table saw in a shop but you can still build just about anything with this little saw. Very accurate out of the box, mine needed a little adjustment to get perfectly in line with the fence and the screws to do that come super tight from the factory but other than that it’s a fantastic table saw.

Excellent value for the price. Cast aluminum table is good quality, nice and flat. All factory calibrations were correct. Mitre gauge has a little minor waviness in the molded plastic surface, just have to hold workpiece firmly against it. Dust port connected easily to my shop vac.
