I continue to use and buy these same bits that last and work consistently beyond compare with similar products. The last set I bought I had for a couple of years and used them for home projects at three houses in various applications.

OK so this was my first time having to go into concrete. I put up a series of brackets in my cellar to hold shelving. Between the horizontal brackets which had 6 holes each and the 10 vertical brackets which had 5 holes each I had my work cut out for me. These bits came in packs of 5 for $25. I averaged 5-6 holes per bit depending on how many rocks I was hitting in the matrix of the concrete. The rocks really wore the bits down quickly. I ended up buying 3 packs of these bits to get the job done. That’s $75. Which is more than I paid for the impact drill to do the job. I guess I can’t blame the bits because the rocks were there but somehow I thought they would last a little longer. 68 holes…15 bits.

Initially, I attempted to install shutters with a rotary drill and unknown brand of masonry bit. It didn’t complete one hole before becoming dull and I had over 110 holes to drill in 60 yr old brick. Did some research and decide to purchase a hammer drill and this set. I was hoping to get at least 24 holes completed before needing to replace bit. All the holes were drilled with one bit and no signs of wear! This will be my go-to brand going forward. Awesome bits!

I needed to drill several holes through porcelain tile in order to install a grab bar in a shower. After my whimpy bit bent, I figured I would get this five pack. That way I’d have several to spare. It turns out one bit was able to drill all six holes I needed. Now I have several bits left.
