We needed to drill a hole in our countertop and originally did it with a 1-1/4″ bit which worked well. Then, we discovered that we needed to use an angled flat power strip and that was too big to fit into the drilled hole. So, we purchased this “saw”, filled the hole with a hardening putty, and then was able to drill to widen the hole enough for the bigger plug. I am very happy we were able to overcome the challenges of our project with this “saw”.

Did exactly what I wanted, to make cable holes in the back of a home theater cabinet. Had to be very low speed on the first application, otherwise the saw would bite too quickly, and the material was only about one eighth inch thick. But overall, this did the job!
