These are good bits for the money, but if you have a lot of masonry (block and /or concrete) to drill through, better have another one on hand, they don’t last as long as I would like. In addition, you need to have the Bosch mandrill.

Bought this hole bit to drill through ceramic tile and subfloor. Zipped through it, with the lone difficulty being that I had to unload the plugs of cut out material from inside the bit. Added recommendation: I was using an 18 volt Ridgid drill, not even the hammer drill, just a regular one…so pretty good product. Little pricey, but does the job.
