The Bosch chisel work great, purchased 2 and we chiseled over 700 square feet of tile, grout, and thin-set with no problems. I had read some reviews that some had broken the chisel. If the chisel was used like a crowbar then that could happen. The purchase was well worth the money, five stars….. We save money by doing the demo ourselves would have cost 4 dollars a sq.ft. 2800.00.

Good price, good quality. Used this to remove a cement block wall and save blocks for reuse, it split morter joints great and was able to save almost all the blocks.

First use was removal of ceramic tile, it performed great, bringing up the tile 2 or 3 at a time, it then cleaned up the thinset easily, at end of job, still had nice sharp edge.

Great purchase and addition to my Ridgid SDS cordless hammer drill

Works great for breaking up chunks of waste concrete with the rotary hammer.

Worked great for cleaning tar off concrete. An SDS hammer drill does not have enough hammer power to do any significant chipping in concrete with this wide blade. It was able to break mortared bricks apart, but very slow. I used a much bigger jack hammer for breaking bricks apart.

I got this bit to help dig thru a layer of rock and clay in my front yard, with the rotary hammer set on “hammer only” mode. I’m very impressed by how well the combination works to break down the rock ledge into gravel. So far, after ~40-50 hours of use, the bit shows little sign of wear (edge still appears sharp), and it is still cutting efficiently. Absolutely worth the cost.

Great for removing plaster from brick.

Used it for a small shovel not as a chisel, but it looks and feels like it will just fine as a chisel.

The bit does an excellent job of removing tile thinset.
