Goes through ceramic tile like butter.

Used this product to drill holes in wine bottles. A few of them cracked a little near the hole we drilled, but that was probably due to the technique used, rather than the tool itself. The drill bit definitely worked to drill a hole in glass, so 5 stars

Needed to drill into some porcelain tile in my bathroom. This bit cut through it like butter.

So far I love this bit for ceramic tile. Unlike the spade type tile bits, you don’t need to tap the back of your drill to prevent walking. So far I’ve drilled around 70 holes and she’s still good as new. I’ve tried a couple holes on porcelain….not very impressed. A diamond bit would work much better.

Needed a drill bit to drill holes in ceramic plant pots, this one worked like a charm. Tried metal and masonry drill bits to no avail before I bought this.

Works very well, cuts easily.

Works well except for vibration and movement. A 4 flute bit would have probably work better. I guess I paid for what I got.

Excellent job, drilling in tile without chipping or cracking

This carbide tipped drill bit was exactly what I needed to install a shower head holder. It still took a bit of effort to drill through though and there was a bit of travel until a hole could be established.

This carbide bit did four 1/4″ holes in ceramic tile without cracking any of the tiles. Don’t rush and don’t push much, it will work. Also be patient. A young man named John T. was amazingly helpful showing me where it was and friendly. I’m pretty sure he ia a Mgr. if not he should be. And no I’m not his father or brother.
