It did indeed cut through metal – this was the reason I purchased it. In fairness it was to remove a seized through bolt on a car engine, probably not the intended purpose, but it did work. Rating reflects the longevity if the blade.

This is an awesome blade that will cut almost anything; screws, nails, iron pipe ect… It’s a bit slow cutting wood though and very expensive. There’s more carbide and steel in a 7-1/4 saw blade and they cost a lot less?

These carbide tipped blades are excellent. They don’t deflect very much and they last a fairly long time. The only downside is that they don’t fit the Dewalt XR 20V Multitool. Other than that, I’ve never had an issue with any other OMT I’ve ever used. They’re my go-to blade!

Have not used this package yet. Just purchased to replace the damaged last that I had. They were okay for the most part. I use them for metal cutting. Don’t last as long a I would like for the price.
