used this blade to cut 1/8″ thick Plexiglas sheets, 2 ft and 4 ft straight cuts. Blade worked well, smooth cut, no melting. I clamped plywood under and over, right to the cut line to prevent chipping, also clamp a guide on top and go slow.

The only blade to use on plexiglass. Smooth cut required little sanding to make the plexiglass edge perfect. It cuts straight cuts best, but it will scroll cut a little, just not to tight curve.

I thought the saw with this blade, specially made for cutting Plexiglas, would be ideal. Turns out it was easier to score and break the glass using a very sharp box cutter. The saw caused too much motion making the glass splinter. Guess a lot more clamps might have helped.
