Use this Diamond-Grit Jigsaw Blade from Bosch to make clean, smooth cuts in slate, limestone, marble, backerboard, glass, Grade 5 porcelain and granite, among other masonry materials. Operating the saw at a moderate speed and keeping the 3-1/4 in. blade cool with water, it is capable of producing straight and rounded edges in a variety of stonework to make way for plumbing hookups and electrical connections. Vacuum brazing technology allows this instrument to withstand rugged applications while keeping the diamond-grit blade edge intact.
- Designed for cutting porcelain, granite, limestone, slate and ceramic tile in addition to glass and cement backerboard
- Diamond grit provides more strength and durability than carbide grit jigsaw blades
- Vacuum brazing keeps diamond grit firmly adhered to the blade to withstand rugged applications
- Use with water to cool blade and minimize dust

It’s not for someone in a hurry. You need to be patient and use your saw at a slower speed.

Expected longer life. Cutting porcelain floor tile. Made 18″ worth of cut before the blade seemed too dull to continue. Kept the cut wet, the whole time, but I’ll need to get, at least, one more blade to finish the project.

I used this blade to cut 3/8 inch porcelain tile. It cut slow but steady. I used a 3.5 gal bucket full of water as a base. Set the tile on the open top to let the water come up through the holes I was cutting. Blade never heated up, all the debris washed away. I cut 16″ and the blade is still intact minus some paint. The dimond tip is in great condition. I highly recomend this blade when used properly at the proper speeds it will last a longer then you expect.

I bought this blade to cut backer board for a tile project. The project has lots of curves. It cut Hardy backer just great. So, I tried it on the marble tile. It cuts marble really fast. It gets hot, so it would be better to have a variable speed jigsaw and run it slower. But still, even with stopping to let the blade cool, it cuts curves in the marble so much faster than what I was doing before. (Grinding them out with a glass grinder.) It’s really speeding up my project.

The product is very good but the store didn’t have them in stock and the time it took was like it was coming by Pony Express. Extremely unhappy and will not order that way again.

Fantastic solution for cutting tiles at minimum cost.

I use this blade with an m12 jig saw for tile work, circles and cuts i can’t do with wet saw. It goes through ceramic like a hot knife through butter. Slow going through porcelain, but it will get the job done. I use a squirt bottle to keep the blade wet and cool. Blade life is excellent for $10.

I used mine for cutting hardy backer in a bathroom project. I haven’t used it yet for cutting the tile around the fixtures, but expect it to work fine!

Cutting holes in backsplash slate for wall outlets works very well. Used a tip from prior reviewer to place slate on full bucket of water to help cool blade & slate, while also using a small water bottle to help rinse out debris. Used a 1/2″ masonry bit in two corners and then jigsaw for the rest. You cannot push it, just let it do it’s job, SLOWLY. After cutting three holes for outlets, blade grit is still visible and usable. Might be a bit pricey, but much better than drilling numerous holes.

Used this blade to make detailed cuts in Hardi-board while building a shower enclosure. Seemed to do the job effectively, and did not create as much dust as the blade I used previously with aggressive teeth.
