The Bosch 4-1/2 in. x 42 in. Tooth Wood T-Shank Jig saw Blade has a variable tooth pattern along the length of the blade with a total of 42-Teeth. The teeth are shaped and designed for clean, tear-free cuts on both the top and bottom of the wood, laminated particleboard and MDF materials for which this blade is recommended. The exaggerated tip makes plunge cuts easy and the generous cutting length is handy for a wide range of applications.

Just purchased ¾” Birch plywood from Home Depot and needed to trim the edges against the wall for a smooth fit. I DON’T want splintering nor feathering of the cut, but perfectly smooth, top and bottom. Some blades cut good on top but shatter the bottom (underside) of the wood. This blade works perfect!

The Bosch jig saw blade worked great on our “Elf Cottage” project this month. We recently cut down our dead 250+year old mighty oak tree in our front yard (sadly, due to oak wilt disease) We wanted to make a happy memory with the remaining stump…thus the elf cottage.
