Got these for my kids, as I love the series II i have at work. They are NOT the same quality of the bose Series II I purchased about 2 years ago and the same price. Having said that, These are pretty good. sort of middle of the road. I did not have the heart to spend a couple of hundred on a good set of upper end Bose speakers, but these seem to be a good compromise.

Great little set of computer or small room speakers, and I listened to many before purchasing these. Bass is adequate for their size, but don’t expect really deep bass. Well made and reliable, and what you would expect from Bose.

I am a professional video / audio editor, so I’m used to $2,000 monitors…. but for a set of home-speakers, these are great. Solid, clear sound; a little boomy for consumer speakers, but they make your playlist sound great – especially if you like Jazz or cafe. Some reviews about the short cable to connect… it is 3 feet exactly. Five feet would have been nice, but, hey!

I recently bought these speakers and I am so happy that I did. They yield a big, full, rich sound. A perfect balance of bass . With my old speakers I used to have a hard time understanding what the words are, because of the the high pitched sounds. I truly do not have that experience with these. I am planning on buying several more sets for my family members. I recommend Bose to anyone.

Unexpectfully clear and Crisphy Sound like similar to own large Music System. Outstanding Value for just computer speaker.

Great sound for the size. Also good buy.

I bought these speakers to replace a similarly-priced pair of Edifier speakers that developed a buzz after a couple of years. The sound is superior to my old speakers–a lot richer bass and good treble. My only complaint is the lack of an on-off light. Very good performance for the price.

I bought these to replace Logitech speakers. They were far superior. These have shockingly weak amplifiers. As you can see, there is no EQ knob. There is no indicator light to show whether the power is on. I would call them inadequate junk. To be quite clear about Bose, for decades I owned Bose 901 Series II speakers with my high end stereo system. They were magnificent speakers. The other Bose speakers in those days were also excellent. Well, those days are long gone. Don’t buy these. You’ll do better with a Logitech set each unit having two speakers and EQ.

I’ve been using the speakers built into my monitor for the past 2 years. I finally decided to buy these due to how bad music sounded through my monitors. These are so much better! The bass is punchy and there is some soundstage, which surprised me when I first listened to them. Overall, these are definitely worth the price!

I just bought this after returning a cheaper brand and I love it. Great sounds and no negative surprises. I am very glad I went with Bose.

Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Great sound for such a low price.

Got these speakers for my basement studio. Connected both a tv and a air express for music and it works perfectly.

These little Bose speakers are great sounding for their size, and reasonably priced. Very crisp highs and smooth mid-range. The bass is adequate.

Bose is a trusted name when it comes to sound quality. I purchased two sets of these speakers for two separate computer systems. They are a perfect size and were incredibly easy to set up.
Ruth Dach (verified owner) –
These small desktop speakers produce surprising quality sound for their size and price. The provided signal wire is only 3 feet long though so if you need more than that as I did you should buy a longer cord separately.

I have these set up for my iMac, editing a lot of video, and they are great speakers for that purpose.

Stunning desktop sound quality when plugged via AUX in to the rear audio out port of my FiiO E10K DAC/Amplifier. The smooth volume knob, small size, discrete look, nice build quality, and shockingly loud but clean sound are a win for me. Bose headphones are awful, but these are no joke the best desk speakers I have had the pleasure to use. Fantastic for every genre of music I throw at them, and also great for watching entertainment. Gorgeous midrange, satisfying but not overwhelming bass (Logitech’s speakers are overly bassy), and balanced upper range make these a treat to return to every day. Well worth the money. Bose has proved itself far better than I expected, especially at this price point.

I purchased these speakers over a year ago and they are great. You can instantly tell the sound quality when you listen to them. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. Do not let their small size fool you.
