I purchased the previous version of this product in 2012 and it was excellent. The company just sent me the new version in 2017, evidently what is for sale here, and it is dramatically inferior. For example, the new version does not have the strap on the back to attach it to the handle that extends from other rolling luggage. The new version is also much more flimsy, and provides much less protection for the laptop. I contacted the company to try to understand what was going on and they did not reply. One way to tell the new from the old is the side pockets. The old version had side pockets. The pockets are not critical, but do help to distinguish the new from the old. Proceed with caution.
