The shipping was fast and accurate. Ordering was easy. It is actually not for me but is a Christmas gift for a young female family member who’s mixer quit working and she had experience with this brand and loves it. I gave it an excellent rating because she rated her original one highly.Therefore she won’t have the mixer until Christmas Eve but she will certainly will be happy with it I’m sure. When talking about it, she never mentioned any issues/features she disliked. She is an avid baker and I am certain she would have said if there went things she didn’t like about her old mixer.
