Nice unit, simple to use. Auto shutoff so it closes down after you make a cup. Need to startup again if you want a second cup.

First time buying a single cup brewer. Seems loud, but I am told that is normal. It comes with an aluminum travel mug that the brewer does not even fill 3/4 of on the large cup setting. The tray put in the higher position is wobbly. The coffee comes out hot and I seem to use less grinds per cup than my traditional brewer.
