Fairly cheap in quality. Bought 2 strings. One literally eats the batteries in a few hours. The other is okay, but loses brightness with a couple days. And that’s running on timer, so only 6 hours a day.Size and color are great; just not very good quality.

There is a timer. Its not the best timer in the world but its there. On/Off/Timer Press the button when you want the timer to start say at 6pm and it will last until midnight. Just have to test it out instead of complaining.The quality is poor but they’re outdoor battery powered lights for under $10 so you cant expect much. They do the job but don’t expect them to do it next year.

I liked the lights – took awhile to get here, but they are advertised as indoor/outdoor. I have white ones that remain very bright despite the rain. The new ones seem very dim now that there has been rain here. They might be fine if you only use them indoors, but I specifically looked for indoor/outdoor. I don’t think these were really designed for outside like the white ones I got elsewhere.
