Compact and fully-featured, the HL-L2390DW All-In-One Monochrome Laser Printer from Brother will find itself welcome in both the home or small offices. An all-in-one design makes it a great choice for space-conscious offices as it fits printing, scanning, and copying within a single unit. Also, the printing capabilities are very good with a max resolution of 2400 x 600 dpi and print speeds of up to 32 ppm. The printer can also work with documents up to 8.5 x 14″ in size using the 250-sheet input tray or one-sheet manual feed slot.
Scanning and copying is made possible through the inclusion of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed. Also, an optical resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi ensures that scans are detailed and sharp. For operation, the HL-L2390DW has a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and settings. Additionally, it features Wi-Fi connectivity, alongside standard USB 2.0, for completely wireless operation and support for direct printing from mobile devices.

Bought this to replace my 15 year old MFC brother simply for the automatic duplex printing and this does exactly as I need it to. It is slower than my old printer but speed isn’t a big thing for us, we were going for cost effective and automatic duplex so this printer fit the bill perfectly, we have printed around 20 books so far for our kids homeschool curriculum and have yet to have an issue out of it.

Overall a good printer. Its setup is straightforward. Wifi connection setup just worked. Printouts are clean. Its not fast but great for occasional use. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is that the ARC fuse that is required in many new houses keeps tripping when the thing warms up. This is a known issue but a software update to version ‘Z’ did not fix it. The workaround is to open the front drawer during startup and close it. Works most of the time.

Bought this for its speed, AirPrint capability and its efficient ink utilization. All are great except the occasional drop from my network, both for laptop and AirPrint connectivity (but at different times, which is really strange). Could it be because I own 2 of these, one for each home I own?

Order and delivery was very good. However, there is very little documentation in the box. Setup was a pain. Took about three hours to finally get ready to print my first job. There is no explanation of the setup menu to be found. Just have to play with the different settings until you get what you want.

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. We had an older ineffective printer for our home/business and this printer has completely upgraded our ability to be efficient in and out of the work place. The assembly was extremely easy, even for those who are possibly technically challenged. The printer comes out in once piece with the cables and ink cartridge separate. There are paper instructions as well as an installation disk. Once installed the printer copies and prints large volumes with ease. I`ve used it 5 days a week for the past two weeks and there hasn`t been any slack in ink or any paper jams! I 100% recommend the Brother laser printer for anyone who has a job big or small!

Great printer with all posted features. For wifi I recommend to keep it one to 2 meters away from router or modem not more. Wireless printing and scanning are good. Double sided printing is good. I like the ID card copy of one side then the other side on one page.
