Compact and fully-featured, the HL-L2390DW All-In-One Monochrome Laser Printer from Brother will find itself welcome in both the home or small offices. An all-in-one design makes it a great choice for space-conscious offices as it fits printing, scanning, and copying within a single unit. Also, the printing capabilities are very good with a max resolution of 2400 x 600 dpi and print speeds of up to 32 ppm. The printer can also work with documents up to 8.5 x 14″ in size using the 250-sheet input tray or one-sheet manual feed slot.
Scanning and copying is made possible through the inclusion of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed. Also, an optical resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi ensures that scans are detailed and sharp. For operation, the HL-L2390DW has a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and settings. Additionally, it features Wi-Fi connectivity, alongside standard USB 2.0, for completely wireless operation and support for direct printing from mobile devices.

We have had our new Brother printer for just over a month now and it has lived up to its name in printing! Copies are crisp and I love the automatic back-to-back feature to save paper and staples! It is fast and efficient – no issues there. So far we haven’t done any straightforward copying or scanning. Installation and set up was easy BUT I am somewhat concerned that the Wi-Fi light is continually blinking and I can only (temporarily) stop it if I disconnect the power. The help manuals have not provided any answer to this issue

Takes a little while to adjust from a Ink jet printer but its a small leaning curve once you understand how a Laser jet differs in its characteristics and lot less maintenance and issues than my previous printer.

Now that I’ve figured out how to use it properly, making needed copies is easy! Had trouble setting it up, still don’t understand need to download scan and print, must not be something I need, but very happy with it’s performance.

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. This is a great printer. It prints very cleanly in black ink and is very fast – I was impressed with how fast it printed. However, the set-up to connect wirelessly to one of our laptops was a frustrating experience. It look well over 90 minutes and several attempts to connect it, despite instructions being very clear (so it seemed). The set up code did not work when typed into the laptop after we installed the software via CD (very old fashioned) so we had to try many times by typing the code into the actual printer (3 hits of each button to form each letter on a multi letter/number code). I was quite unhappy with the set up and almost got to the point where I said forget it, this free printer isn`t worth the hassle. That all notwithstanding, the printer works great. It`s easy to use, you can copy and scan and fax, as well as print. I do not use it for faxing, so I cannot talk to that. It is indeed a wireless printer so it lives up to its name.

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. This is a great laser printer for my basic copying and scanning needs. It is extremely beneficial that I have the option of wireless printing. The packaging was good and kept the laser printer contained and protected. The overall set-up was very straightforward and was an easy process. The wireless set-up process was a bit cumbersome because the reference guide covered the set-up for several models. I like to think that my husband and I are computer/electronic literate, but after a couple of hours of trying to set it up, we went to an online tutorial site and watched someone setting it up. We followed those directions and were able to use it in no time. It would be beneficial for the reference guide to be specific for this model only or at least only include a couple of similar models. Once the HL-L2390DW was up and running, it worked like a dream. The printer is quieter than my previous printers and the quality is clear and crisp. Even when I print in “fast” quality (which I generally do to save on the cost of ink) it is a great print quality. I usually only print in black ink, so this is exactly what I needed. The print time is faster than the previous printers I have owned as well. The scanning is also of very good quality. The images are crisp and clear. I would certainly recommend the Brother HL-L2390DW to anyone looking for a basic laser printer with copy and scanning capability, especially with the wireless feature.

This is my first Brother printer. I have had for a little over a month now. So far I absolutely love it. It is fast, efficient and I love that it can print two sided without having to manually feed the paper back into the machine. Printing, copying, and wireless functions all work great. The printer wasn’t hard to set up at all, even have it connected to my phone and I am not a very computer savvy person. Definitely recommend!

The print quality is excellent, as is the copy feature. I work wireless and from clicking on the print to output is excellent. Works better than expected.
