Scanning and copying is made possible through the inclusion of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed. Also, an optical resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi ensures that scans are detailed and sharp. For operation, the HL-L2395DW has a 2.7″ color touchscreen LCD, which enables various direct printing and scanning options. Additionally, it features Wi-Fi connectivity, alongside standard USB 2.0 and Ethernet, for completely wireless operation and support for direct printing from mobile devices.

As a manufacturer we print a lot; we were recommended the brother brand for the high speed and quality. We got the printer in a standard shipping box, rather than a brother printer box inside a box, no user manual, and when we turned it on and followed the online set up directions, we get a paper jam error. We haven’t put any paper in it yet and have looked at ever opening there is on the machine.

I love how easy it was to set up. I think it prints great. However, even though it is still printing perfectly great, it will decide it needs a new toner cartridge. And I find no instructions on how to tell it to keep printing. That is expensive and environmentally negligent. If there is a way, I’d love to know it. And I recommend you find a way to let others know. My other laser printers have let me override the low toner indicator. This one just seems to refuse to do anything more no matter what buttons I push or if I remove the power. It is frustrating.

It’s a good printer. But when the labels don’t get pulled up correctly, it registers as a jam. Then the printer has to be taken apart for no reason because there is no actual jam. Otherwise a good printer.

Easy to set up. I have this HL–L2395DW printer for at least a month and it runs smoothly Hassel free. I did have a brother machine at my business, just like this before and it never had any problems. I like the fact that it is only black ink. I no longer have to worry about accidently printing color or if color runs out. Thank you.

This is an excellent printer for the home user. All features work flawlessly both wired as well as wireless. My only complain is that it doesn’t have 5 Ghz wireless compatibility, which seems to be the standard frequency for most modems now a days, so you will need to make sure that your modem has 2.4Ghz frequency in order tu use the wireless feature. This is not clearly identified in the instructions and takes some digging around in the printer specs to realize. Overall very satisfied with the product.
