Simple to connect and offering print, scan, copy, and fax capabilities in a single unit, the MFC-J895DW-series Work Smart All-in-One Inkjet Printer from Brother will fill a variety of critical roles in any home or home office. It offers good speed with 12 ppm printing in black and 10 ppm in color. It also will create detailed photographs and sharp text with a print resolution of 6000 x 1200 dpi. Along with this, automatic duplex and borderless printing are available at print sizes up to 8.5 x 11", though the unit can handle documents as large as 8.5 x 14".
Scanning and faxing are possible due to the integration of a flatbed and 20-sheet ADF that handles your documents and photos. The max optical resolution is 2400 x 1200 dpi for creating vivid, finely detailed images. Also, it has a 2.7" color touchscreen LCD for checking status and adjusting settings. Standard paper handling is possible via the 100-sheet input tray and a bypass feed is available for certain media.
Setting up the MFC-J895DW is simple with options for USB 2.0, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet with NFC connectivity. Users will also be able to connect directly with their mobile devices using Wi-Fi Direct. In addition to this, a USB host port is available for plugging in portable flash drives and there is a vast array of mobile printing support.

This printer has a flat top, so you can set things on it while it sits there ready to go. The colors are not as vivid as other printers, but still really nice and clear printed pages. I’ve had no issues that make me wish I’d bought a different one, so I deffinetly recommend this one. The set-up was really easy as well (good for me).

Very nice Multi-function printer. Prints and scans very well. Two issues to bring up: starter ink provided was very minimal, had to buy ink within the first week. The printer does not seem to have a setup to print directly on business envelopes

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I am in awe of my wireless printer. I save tons of recipes on my phone with the intent of printing to put in my recipe book. The problem is I never print the recipes and am left with hundreds of bookmarks that are deleted. This little printer prints from my cellphone regardless of my location. The wireless print feature is easy to use on both the computer and by way of an app. Installing the printer was seamless. The longest wait time (five minutes) was for the ink to prime. The printer is not too bulky to sit on my desktop and has a touchscreen display. Printing is definitely quieter and quicker than my older model. The print quality is very good. My only complaint is the tray to capture the papers could be a couple inches longer.

Easily prints from 5 year old Samsung phone. Also works well with Mac Mini that is even older. So far, only issue was that the preprogrammed page sizes do not include half letter/5.5×8.5 inch.

I really like this printer. I got it to replace a canon pixma which ran for five years without going down once but was so expensive to run. This one is a lot cheaper and has a doc feeder. I was not satisfied with the auto ink replacement offered by brother and I just cancelled it. It came too close to empty ink. My wife works from home and can not afford to lose a day. Otherwise, as Cobsuners’ says, ITV is a good unit for the right price.
