I needed a new multi-function color printer, scanner, copier. Wanted one that was both high quality and economical with ink. I’ve found the Brother MFC-J895DW to be all of these.

I have only had this a few weeks. But so far I am quite impressed! Set up was easy, easy to use and it starts and prints quickly. Much better than my (older) HP.

Have used it to scan, copy and print. Have no complaints whatsoever except rapid consumption of black toner. It is an advanced copy of your HL-2270DW which gas also provided excellent serrvice.

I bought this printer because it was reasonably priced, and got good reviews on CNET. (Their comments about ink usage were the deciding factor for me.) So far, it’s worked REALLY well!

This printer is solid and easy to use and… it does not have a draft mode of printing – because of this the ink goes quicker. For me, draft mode should be a standard option on all printers.

Use has been intutitive. Scanner easy to manipulate. Replacing ink by opening a door in the front genius. Fastest home office printer I have owned. Minor irritation is the low ink warning start to soon.

This is an excellent printer. So pleased I recommended it to my brother.

The printer was easy to set up and use, although I haven’t yet figured out how to scan to my computer (haven’t tried very hard). The print quality is very good. The printer is much quieter than my previous laser printer.

I read a lot of reviews and they seem to be correct so far. My wife is having a little trouble with settings.

The perfect combination of price, features, and reliability

After using this product for a couple of months basically works well for a small home office. In rear Is he single feed feature routinely does not work without removing paper and putting it back in again. Gives an audio beep to signal ready to print but when the print is attempted an error message pops up that paper is jammed.

Holds a good amount of paper. The ink lasts a long time. I like brother printers as they are cost efficient. I still have a older model that works well but I needed the air print feature. I am hoping to get as long use of this one as the previous version.

The printer is simple to use, and does what it is supposed to. Besides printing, I have had no trouble scanning documents, which appear as PDFs on my computer. The machine also self cleaned its heads once, a feature I was unaware of. I leave the power on, and it is connected to the internet, so it does startle me occasionally by printing out a digital message on its screen such as “You can print out Mother’s Day cards!”

Very easy to set up and use. I’m tech ignorant and I had no problem.

Although we haven’t used it for photo’s yet, the output is very good. Paper tray and door for cartridges appear very cheap, but no problems yet. Wife tried to purchase cartridges at store and was told it is an older printer and they are not currently stocked.
