With enough ink to print for up to one year included in the box, this MFC-J995DW All-In-One Inkjet Printer from Brother is ready to satisfy your printing, copying, scanning, and faxing needs for the home or office. With print resolutions up to 6000 x 1200 dpi, documents and graphics are crisp and clear on pages as large as 8.5 x 14″. Copying and scanning is possible via the flatbed CIS scanner. The unit also has faxing capabilities that can store 180 pages in its memory and transfer files at speeds of 14.4 kb/s. Additionally, the printer lets you wirelessly print from a desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet via NFC and Wi-Fi.

I’d give this printer 5 stars but I haven’t had it long and haven’t tested all its features. I find it to be quick, not too noisy and smarter than my last one. Don’t yet know how long these first ink cartridges will last but this printer doesn’t seem to be guzzling ink like the Epson I had previously. I’m happy with it at this point.

There are so many things I like about this printer besides the beautiful printing & scanning it does. I had an HP printer that lasted for 16 years. A 30 cent plastic part broke and ended its life. I did not think another printer could be better than that. One thing I like about the Brother MFC-J995DW printer is that I leave it on all the time. It goes into idle mode until I print or scan. I am hoping I will not be annoyed by “ink expired” messages like I was with the H.P. I did need a little experience to fully understand the menu choices, I have mostly figured them out.

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. When I first got this printer I was really hoping it wouldn`t be too big for my space. It`s not as big or bulky as I thought it would be and is actually the same size as my old printer and lighter than expected! I love that it`s pretty quiet when printing and quick, and the print quality is great! Set up was super easy and I was able to print from my laptop or from my phone within minutes! We print a lot in my house so it doesn`t seem like it will use a ton of ink like my last one did! I`ve only had this printer for a couple weeks but so far I`m loving it!

This printer is a great printer; however, I have not set it up completely yet (fax, etc), only printing. Copies are great too, clear, fast. I am glad I made decision to get this one. A little noisy though when printing the first page.
