I upgraded to this printer from an older Brother machine and have not been disappointed. I have copied, scanned, and printed and am very pleased with all three aspects. The machine is a bit louder than my last one, but I have become used to it and the ink lasts much longer so I am okay with that. Good price and great value.

I really can not complain. Bought it to work from home. Rollers are a lot better than hp models at this time.

A THREE IN ONE THAT WAS VERY EASY TO SET UP FOR ANYONE WITH ANY EXPERIENCE. NO NEED FOR INSTRUCTIONS. I CONNECTED TO BLUE TOOTH AND BEGAN USING IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS IN A HOME OFFICE DOESN’T GET USED HARD. PERFECT FOR THAT. I ALSO LIKE THAT HAVING MY INK SUPPLIES MONITORED AND REFILED AUTOMATICALLY.

I replaced an Epson that did not last very long. I am hoping the Brother will last much better. So far the features are very good, and ease of use is great.

Well, I don’t know why, but once in awhile, it disconnect from wifi and needed to be reboot. If not rebooting, it can see my wifi router, but every time I input the pass key to connect, it fails saying its wrong AND prints out the paper EACH time, which wastes paper. There is NO setting to turn it off from printing each wrong/error messages. So I have to reboot it each time it disconnects. Other than that, it performs well and quick printing speed. I really doubt its 2 year ink, but its only been few months.

The easiest printer to get operating without a glitch. Performs flawlessly. I love it!

This is my second Brother Printer Scanner. I have tried HP & Cannon and they do not compare to Brother! I will never use any other brand.
Myrna Schimmel (verified owner) –
Great printer. The one I always wanted. Tells of problems, before they become serious.

I’ve only had the all in one Brother MFC a few weeks and am a casual user so I can’t really give more than a superficial review. So far I have printed, copied, and scanned and it has performed well. The only complaint I have is an annoying pop up notification every morning when I turn on my computer telling me that the printer can’t be found (or something like that). I know it can’t be found, it isn’t turned on. But that’s just a minor irritation.

This printer, once hooked-up to the internet and desktop and cell and everything necessary is a work horse the ink seems to be lasting and lasting, quality of print is great and one button click starts your job. I love it. Thank you Santa.
Brain Ferry (verified owner) –
Works well, however. States it comes with up to 1yr. ink. I got less than 20 pages printed and had to shell out $96 in ink already. Not happy. Book says ink supplied would be 75% of capacity.
Myra Cartwright (verified owner) –
Easy to set up and use and economical on ink. Overall good value.
Angelita Donnelly (verified owner) –
Best quality and fewest jams I have ever experienced with an inkjet printer, and I have probably owned a dozen. Ink usage is impressive and has cut my ink expense substantially. Brother, you used to be a notch below the top printers, and now you are a notch above!
Carolyne Zboncak (verified owner) –
I love my new printer. Really good on ink. The all in one feature enhances my work day!
Brooklyn Champlin (verified owner) –
What a great machine. Just the convenience of not having to replace endless ink cartridges would be enough but the print quality is to notch. I would recommend this printer to everyone.
Emilie Keebler (verified owner) –
This is a very nice printer, copier and fax machine although I don’t use the fax feature. The set up was easy and it has worked great for a home office environment
Osvaldo Prohaska (verified owner) –
Cheap, easy to use, but after 3 cleaning cycles, straight out of the box, still has clogged spot on Black. Needed to print letters so did 150 prints, still have clogged print head. Don’t want to use up all the ink on cleaning cycles. Otherwise the rest works great
Jackie Powlowski (verified owner) –
It won’t feed cardstock for double sidding, always jams in duplex. Paper feeder for cardstock is a joke. Does not stay connected to my network. Just a pain to use. Boat anchor.
Marvin Schneider (verified owner) –
I am really pleased with my new printer except the quality of the copier. The print smears, making it impossible to copy handouts for my Young womens class.
