With enough ink to print for up to one year included in the box, this MFC-J995DW All-In-One Inkjet Printer from Brother is ready to satisfy your printing, copying, scanning, and faxing needs for the home or office. With print resolutions up to 6000 x 1200 dpi, documents and graphics are crisp and clear on pages as large as 8.5 x 14″. Copying and scanning is possible via the flatbed CIS scanner. The unit also has faxing capabilities that can store 180 pages in its memory and transfer files at speeds of 14.4 kb/s. Additionally, the printer lets you wirelessly print from a desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet via NFC and Wi-Fi.

Everything about this all in one is top of the line. You can fine tune the printing for your most intricate photos or you can dial it back for every day draft quality documents. The scanning is just plain ‘easy’. The faxing works bullet proof as well. I replaced a top of the line commercial HP machine with this Brother J995DW and it is one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I haven’t had my all-in-one printer long, but what I have used is great. I like the fact I can choose a higher print on my pictures. Scanning is good. I learned how to change from one way to save the scan to another.

Easy setup on home network with multiple Win10 PC’s. Text and business graphics printing is pretty good. Fast enough for my needs and duplexer works well. Scanner works OK on documents but really falls short on glossy photographs. Will be interesting to see how ink (in the printer) holds up over time.

This printer is a good printer for printing documents but not so good if you want to print photos. Other than that it does a good job. The complete installation could be easier, the wireless connection was not as straightforward as it could have been. This printer was easy to set up. The screen walks you through the process. The ink tanks are huge. The prints are very good, nice color, crisp text. And it handled a wide variety of media. My dad has a color laser printer that will basically only print on thin media (plain paper thickness). This printer just finished printing 60 pages on 110lb card stock, then right back to 20 pages on plain paper. I would definitely buy this printer again.
