With enough ink to print for up to one year included in the box, this MFC-J995DW All-In-One Inkjet Printer from Brother is ready to satisfy your printing, copying, scanning, and faxing needs for the home or office. With print resolutions up to 6000 x 1200 dpi, documents and graphics are crisp and clear on pages as large as 8.5 x 14″. Copying and scanning is possible via the flatbed CIS scanner. The unit also has faxing capabilities that can store 180 pages in its memory and transfer files at speeds of 14.4 kb/s. Additionally, the printer lets you wirelessly print from a desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet via NFC and Wi-Fi.

Overall Impression of the Brother MFC-J995DW Printer: At first I was a little worried that the printer might be time consuming and difficult to setup, but boy was I wrong! That is the one thing that I loved most about this printer, it was the easiest printer I have ever owned to get all setup and working. It automatically synced with my computers and phone, which some other printers can be a pain to get setup with a computer. I love the fact that you can do so much with one printer, scanning, faxing, printing, etc… The scanning feature is a must as I do a lot of that for my job. Favorite feature: My favorite feature is probably the ease of setup and use. It also comes with a year of ink!! It is also a nice looking printer as well (ours is white). It also prints each page pretty fast (not as fast as some other printers but definitely faster than anything I have owned). That is an issue I had with my previous printer, I hated standing there waiting for each page to print…Product Instructions and assembly: The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. There was almost no assembly, the printer came already assembled. The only thing we had to do is put ink and paper in it and it was ready to go!Product comparison: Like I have said before, this printer has been the easiest to use and setup out of all the other printers we have ever used. It also prints much faster than our other previous printers (unless you are printing a full page photo). The color photos come out surprisingly clear and crisp, I was impressed about that feature. With special photo paper I am sure they would be some nice quality photos!! The only thing I wish was better about this printer is the speed of the pages being printed. While it is faster than my previous printers, It would be nice to have one that spits out pages in a few seconds because I print a lot for my job and it does help saving time when things print fast. I would say it exceeded my expectations for sure. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for one.

Which fortunately, is a very positive opinion. The product instructions were clear and concise and the printer was super easy to install to my Wireless connection. I was printing documents from my iPhone within a few minutes. In addition, the ink was not streaky and the resolution was clear. This printer also scans images well. The only negative I noticed is that the printer is not the fastest printer. But as long as you are not printing an entire book, you should be fine. I definitely recommend this product for your all-in-one needs!

The printer shipped quickly and arrived in its original packaging, which was sufficient to handle shipment without any damage. We appreciated how well it was protected inside the box as well. Set-up was easy: We did the manual set-up with disk on our desktop and downloaded the software directly from Brother for our laptop. Both were fast, clear, and efficient. We run a small on-line consignment, and regularly print invoices, packing slip and shipping labels, which is what this printer will primarily be used for, and we feel that this will more than sufficiently meet that need. Overall we would highly recommend this product and have been very happy with it so far.
