With enough ink to print for up to two years included in the box, this MFC-J995DWXL All-In-One Inkjet Printer from Brother is ready to satisfy your printing, copying, scanning, and faxing needs for the home or office. With print resolutions up to 6000 x 1200 dpi, documents and graphics are crisp and clear on pages as large as 8.5 x 14″. Copying and scanning is possible via the flatbed CIS scanner. The unit also has faxing capabilities that can store 180 pages in its memory and transfer files at speeds of 14.4 kb/s. Additionally, the printer lets you wirelessly print from a desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet via NFC and Wi-Fi.

I have used the most famous brand computers and printers on the markets since 1989 and find my new Brother printer to be the most cost effective and easy to use of all. The last printer I bought lasted 2 days in my home because it was very poor quality yet top of the line the brand offered for photo printing. I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I have been using the Brothers printer for a week now and so far it has been a good experience. I downloaded the Brothers app to even try printing from my phone and the quality is just as good as if I was printing from my computer. The instructions for installing and setting up the printer were very easy to understand. The printer has fax, scan, and copy capabilities and after trying all of the different features its an all in one printer I would recommend to others.

Easy to set up. Wife and I share printer (wireless) and it has been great. Don’t have to mess with cartridges so frequently. Only negative is it would be nice to see into the paper tray to see paper level.

The Wi-Fi connectivity and functionality of this printer are basically crippling. Yes it will set up and connect, but as soon as the printer goes to sleep its game over. You have to reinstall the software every day to get it to work! Don’t buy this if you need the Wi-Fi connection to make it work. Otherwise, if you can connect with an ethernet cable it is a functional unit.

We have had the printer since February 2019 and it has been great. Have had no issues at all. Connects quickly, prints fast from computer, iPad and phone. The ink is lasting as stated should be able to go for a year plus. Would definitely recommend this printer!

If your main goal is printing documents, this printer is an excellent choice. I have had Canon copiers for years and though their photo quality is probably superior, they are not as intuitive to use as the Brother machine and much slower to print. I am exteremly happy with my new Brother printer.

When I received the brother printer I was surprised at its size. This was my first brother printer. I was expecting it to be a little larger like my Epson but it was compact. But what I found out was that it actually is a Mighty Mite of a printer. It’s very reliable and it has multifunction capability with printer, scan, fax, and copy. We’ve been using it four a few months now and the ink level hasn’t moved much at all. I really love the new ink system with the large cartridges. We are very pleased with the brother printer. Originally the display I felt was really small but it works very well no issues. You won’t be disappointed with this printer.

Prints well. Used the scan & copy straight from the printer and it worked great. Scanned the document to my computer. Though I did have a problem with the printer NOT going to sleep even though it was set to do so in the app on my computer. So I just unplugged it and plugged it back in and it must have reset itself.

Print quality is excellent. However, to get this machine to connect via Apple AirPrint – which worked flawlessly with my old Epson printer – I need to reboot either the printer or the iPad (and often both) every time I use the printer after it has been idle for a few minutes. Unacceptable.
