With enough ink to print for up to two years included in the box, this MFC-J995DWXL All-In-One Inkjet Printer from Brother is ready to satisfy your printing, copying, scanning, and faxing needs for the home or office. With print resolutions up to 6000 x 1200 dpi, documents and graphics are crisp and clear on pages as large as 8.5 x 14″. Copying and scanning is possible via the flatbed CIS scanner. The unit also has faxing capabilities that can store 180 pages in its memory and transfer files at speeds of 14.4 kb/s. Additionally, the printer lets you wirelessly print from a desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet via NFC and Wi-Fi.

This scanner printer does a very good job and is reliable. The printing capabilities are all there: 8.5″ x 11″ documents as well as envelopes. You need to experiment a bit if you don’t follow instructions well, but for the most part the operation is intuitive. The ink cartridges unlike a certain competitor with a hyphenated name, don’t run out quickly. It is reasonably robust and compact. The supporting software is good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the scanner is only 300 x 300 which is somewhat limiting for scanning professional images.

Best feature for me is how easy it is to print from all our device’s. Its very reliable Never any problems with this printer. Ink cost is low compared to other printers. Pitcher quailty is good. But slightly washed out. However i have not tried using photo paper. Over all im very happy with this printer and would buy again

I opened the box, read the instructions, followed the instructions, completed the set-up and started printing. It worked like a charm! What else is there to say? To be honest, there are more functions on this machine than I will ever need…….but you might!

Had some difficulty at first. Couldn’t print from iPhone or iPad consistently. The problem was the iPhone and iPad. When printer didn’t show, a simple re-boot of the device put it all back in order. No problems since. Love it.

The set up of wi-fi was simple and convenient and it works well with my iphone and ipad and laptop. So far it is flawless on its functions include two-sided copying and color match on documents. This replaced anothe brand which had served me well for too short a time frame.

Color printing is disappointing. All advertisements indicate colors like real. I didn’t expect real, but the color printing appears to be washed out. I’ve adjusted properties to enhance color, that doesn’t make a difference. FYI – I contacted customer service, once I got through to a representative, she was fantastic! I should have asked her about the color printing – I called for a different reason.
