With enough ink to print for up to two years included in the box, this MFC-J995DWXL All-In-One Inkjet Printer from Brother is ready to satisfy your printing, copying, scanning, and faxing needs for the home or office. With print resolutions up to 6000 x 1200 dpi, documents and graphics are crisp and clear on pages as large as 8.5 x 14″. Copying and scanning is possible via the flatbed CIS scanner. The unit also has faxing capabilities that can store 180 pages in its memory and transfer files at speeds of 14.4 kb/s. Additionally, the printer lets you wirelessly print from a desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet via NFC and Wi-Fi.

This is the 2nd MFC-J995DW printer we have bought. The first was for our daughter and her family about a year ago. They love everything about this printer. Looking to replace an older Brother printer we had, my wife and I chose to purchase this one which we did back in Nov 2020. This printer is great. Really love the year ink supply (obviously based on usage), the ink cartridge replacement auto fulfillment option, the quality of print, the easy setup and the purchase cost which remains very reasonable. Love the Brother desktop and mobile iPrint apps and the other available Brother apps and/or utilities.

While I truly wanted to love this machine, I have one problem. I can get it to scan but then cannot find where the document is stored. Other than that, it’s a great little machine that doesn’t take up too much space and is efficient in every other way.

In the short time I have had it and used it all seems to be working well. I also like the years supply of ink that comes with the printer. However, it took a while to figure out just where to plug in my USB cable since it is not mentioned in the Users manual anywhere. Luckily if found a small orange tag on the side that showed the directions

I have owned several brands of inkjet printers in the past, but this is the first Brother I have owned and I will say it has been the BEST inkjet of them all. My reasons for this are not so much the print quality or speed, which are decent, but for the fact that it’s been the only wifi printer I have owned that actually stays connected and is ALWAYS available when I go to print. Also, I like the duplex printing feature and also the fact that I probably won’t have to buy ink for at least another year!! Would highly recommend this printer.
