Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

This thing is infuriating to work with. The first time I printed with it, it was wireless and worked without a hitch. The second time I spent an hour trying to figure out why it wouldn’t. I literally didn’t do anything to the machine. The next time it took me a moment but I got it to print. After that all attempts have failed. I’ve read every manual, every forum and message board! I don’t know how all these positive ratings managed it, but they clearly have the secret sauce.

This printer, copier, scanner is not set up to save documents in a shareable program such as a pdf. It takes support to help you do that. The machine goes through a toner cartridge faster than most printers and I have had to call support to get the machine to do anything after replacement of toner due to an error message. The scanned images are not crisp looking.

I regret buying this machine. It is always in sleep mode and we can never get it to wake up unless we unplug it and plug it back in. Really slows down productivity. I don’t recommend this printer at all.
