For all the other functions, the MFC-L2710DW is equipped with both a 50-sheet ADF and an 8.5 x 11.7" flatbed with an optical resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. This configuration will capture fine detail in your originals and allow the creation of sharp copies with ease. Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

I am no techie here and even this printer was easy to set up. My computer doesn’t have a CD thingy so I went to the Brother website to download the driver based on what the instructions said. Within 15 minutes I had a full functioning printer/fax/scanner for my home office needs. Working from home has been a huge adjustment, especially without having the proper equipment. This machine has now eliminated all reasons to ever need to go back to the office!

The printer/scanner/copier has done I’ve asked of it, quickly and efficiently. The prints are clear, the scans (color even though the printer is only b/w) are good, and the copies are very legible. The only problem seems to be with the connection to the computer — occasionally they don’t seem to speak.
