Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

I am very impressed with this printer. I have always had a cartridge printer in the past and had to constantly replace the ink after printing justa few pages. This printer proved itself right out of the box, I had to print 50 checks. It did an excellent job and was done in seconds.

I got this printer to replace my previous brothers printer that the drum needed to be replaced on. We thought we would just buy a new printer instead of putting money into the old one. We have now gone through 2 things of toner when we should have only gone through 1. Absolutely ridiculous. At this point i just want to return it and get my money back. Never been more disappointed

This printer easily interfaced with all my PCs and iMacs wirelessly unlike the Samsung laser printer I was using previously. The Samsung printer would often drop the wireless connection to the computer and I would have to reload the drivers into the computers each time it did this but was unsuccessful the last time. I decided to retire the printer and go with a Brother printer and have not been disappointed. I was careful to get this printer because it wasn’t the same type of printer you often see in the $70 range as those appear to be of the same design and manufacturer whether it is Brother, Samsung, or HP. So far I am happy with this printer as it seems to be able to stay connected to all my computers. I have only used it for printing and haven’t tries the scanning options yet so the 4 stars.

I don’t do anything fancy. I find it simple to use for printing, but sometimes I can get confused trying to copy without using the computer. I haven’t used the optical character reading features yet, but it is nice to know they are there for my exploring. It is a relief to have dependable ordinary printing. The dependability means a lot to me.

Although the copy quality is very good, the basic operation of the unit is too complex. I use the machine primarily for copying, and do not use the fax or scan capabilities. I am technically competent only to a point. Operation of the unit to its full capabilities is beyond my scope of knowledge. Bluetooth, as well, is too complex to set up without an outside consultant (and cost to do so). I have a separate fax machine. Even copying, using the various options, gets a bit complex. Glad I bought it? Yes, only as a copy machine that was at a reasonable cost.

I picked this guy up to replace my 12 year old Brother laser printer which actually still works. I just wanted to add scan features. The printer works very well. You can scan single documents or easily feed a stack of them into the unit. Super easy to add to the wireless network. I expect it to work as long as my previous Brother printer did. Great value for so many features. It even does double sided printing and I haven’t figured out how it’s able to do it ha but I only trust the Brother brand for my printer/scanning needs.

Great printer and scanner for the price. Does a nice job printing and scanning. The WiFi is easy to set up and works flawlessly. Printing on both sides works great for my application. The printer set up was extremely easy using windows 10 pro. Only thing better would to be able to scan both sides of a document.

I use this printer for the printing & scan features, I do not use it to fax. The print is good quality, the scan feature leaves my documents grainy and shadowed. The printer also has a deep sleep mode which is not able to be disabled, leaving me having to turn the printer off and back on in order for it to wake up to print. My company supplied the funds for the printer, so I will not be returning it, just dealing with the defects.
