This configuration will capture fine detail in your originals and allow the creation of sharp copies with ease. Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

Occasionally the wireless printing and scanning doesn’t work. I connect via USB and never have an issue but the wireless seems to be temperamental. This is the second printer I have had and this seems to happen with both printers. I use a work laptop at home, I connect to my home network without issue. My wife also has her own laptop and the wireless works fin on hers. We have a desktop, rarely used, but it to works with the wireless without issue. Other than that this is a solid printer

If you do not need color in your work, homework or data storage, this brother printer is a very good economical choice. The print speed is very and the print quality is excellent. The instructions for using all of the features of the printer could be improved.

The Brother Printer / Fax / Copy unit I have is great. It was simple to set up and works fine with the Wi-Fi. My only complaint is that it is LOUD. Not sure if that is due to the mechanical design or if it lacks padding but it would have gotten 5 stars if it was not as loud as it is.

1. Great product. 2. When I print an envelope, the lower left section of the envelope gets crinkled. 3. Just before printing, some windows do not give me the option of printing on one side or both sides and it automatically prints on both sides of the paper. How can I have the option always?
