This configuration will capture fine detail in your originals and allow the creation of sharp copies with ease. Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

I bought this to replace my Brother MFC 8660 DN. The MFC-2710DW is a nice machine. It would have been a great replacement but it does not scan both sides of a document on the document feeder. Therefore, it is no good for me.

Had a brother printer before & loved it. The new one took a while to figure out how to set it up. Still haven’t figured out how to “Scan” & save to email or into another program ( I’m into genealogy) I would love to be able to scan photos & other documents to the flash drive I have I liked the old one that had a book I could refer to if I wanted to try something different — like fax, or scan. The new one has just a CD. Guess I could find the part I’m interested in & print it out — I try to save on papers & ink when ever I can.

I have had this printer for 14 days. The packaging is rugged enough for a trip cross country if purchased online as I did. We use 40 Brother mono laser at my place of business and they prove to be durable so Im expecting the same from my home office piece. The printed product is crisp, clear and fast. The yield is far greater than the 30 pages per cartridge from my previous Epson or HP units. Someday they will produce color at this price point.
