Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

I love this printer except the envelope printer it tends to crumple the corner when it feeds. I hate that because it make print uneven on the envelope.

I have used the printer for about 3 months with no problems. It is quiet and has made about 800 copies presently. It works beside an HP1102, which is slow but cost effective. I am a grad student that makes roughly 900 -1200 copies a month. I use black ink only due to cost restriction. So far, this Brother copier is the best one that I have owned from installation to user friendly.

The manual feed does not feed checks squarely so they are often not usable and envelopes come out crunched up. Scans thru the main feed are often off center as well. Copy is function is great.
