This configuration will capture fine detail in your originals and allow the creation of sharp copies with ease. Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

This printer is perfect for our home office. The wireless feature is great and allows printing from anywhere is our home. The printer “wakes up” immediately and prints quickly. The double sided print feature is a great paper saver, but can be turned off if needed. The scan function was a little tricky to figure out at first and sends docs to my son’s computer rather than to mine, but I’ve figured out a workaround for that. We don’t use the fax feature since we don’t have a landline at home and we haven’t used the copy function yet. Print quality is good for the price point. The large paper holder is a nice feature so that I’m not constantly adding paper. The output tray also holds paper without letting it fall to the floor which is a huge bonus since my last printer did that. We’re still using the toner cartridge that came with the printer after 2 months although we’re not heavy printers. This is going to be a big money saver though. Overall, this is a great printer for the price point.

Good printer, but the software install messed up our OS and the outer started freezing every now and then. Uninstalled printer as wireless and reinstalled as hard wired and fixed problem. Not a network problem bec all the other printers worked fine.

Disappointed that I can only print envelopes using manual feed. Manual feed does not work well, crinkles envelopes and 8 1/2 x 11 paper feeds unevenly, skewing the image on the sheet.

I just replaced my workhorse HP laserjet (after 7 years) with this beauty for less than the cost of one new HP toner cartridge. I am so impressed with this machine. Print quality is beautiful and crisp. The first print time is fast, the PPM is fast (except on duplex), the copy function is easy and fast, and the scan resolution is fantastic. I use the scanner to edit old color photographs and these scans are terrific. I don’t sue the FAX. For all these functions, the footprint is smaller than my HP and the printer is much quieter. I have it on a wired network, but it handles wireless and Apple AirPlay as well. A long time ago everyone said to stay away from multi-function machines (“the master of none”). That is no longer the case.
