My number one pick for printers. They are a good quality product, versatile, easy to use and customer service is very helpful and prompt if you have any issues that you can not figure out yourself.

Phone app to printer works well. Scanning works well and clear and laptop recognize printer quickly compared to samsung all in one. The only thing is installation was done through Cd/dvd and no clear instructions online to install drivers from the imternet. Not a lot of laptops has cd/dvd drive

I am pleased with the printing capabilities of the printer. Only complaint is the scanning functionality. When I scan in multiple pages, I would prefer they be in one file, not multiple files. Other than that, I am very pleased.

I primarily bought this printer because I wanted a good quality printer; however I don’t print very often. My ink was always dried out on my old printer. So I am very pleased that I should not have to worry about that with my new printer.

Good but not great. Pulls multiple pages wastes paper

We upgraded to this printer from an HP inkjet. The print quality from the laserjet is so much nicer than the inkjet. The set up this device was easy and quick. We don’t miss not having color; b&W is perfect. The wifi printing functionality is fabulous. Delivery from B&H was fast. Ordered and then received it the following day (90 miles from NYC).

1) All users want to print a page but no printer cable just like all idiotic printer companies behave. You have to go back to the store to get a printer cable amnd so if you are ina hurry to use the printer forget about it. 2) Installation is only for super programmers. When you download the driver from the website it comes as a zip file. When the zip file is extracted the file go to a unusual directory called gdi. So you are clueless of finding where the files are stored. Next you need to figure out which file to use for installation. If you are a software engineer or programmer or tech savvy person you will figureout that a weird program called dpinstxxx.exe needs to be run. I have to go to computer store to get the cable and so far I am unhappy with the way the installation procedure. So I rate this printer so far as 1 * as a company with more than 20 years has not looked at how their printer experience by their software testing team if they have one. Very poor over all experience. Cant tell about their hardware.

I don’t use color printing very often. I like having a machine that copies and scans, and prints high quality back to back to save on paper. I’ll be using it primarily for schoolwork and printing labels, and it does exactly what I need it to do!

This replaces an older Brother laser that is not supported in Windows 11. This new unit combines scanning as well as faxing. Works great. Lots of options for feeding different paper stock. Scanning is much faster than my old stand-alone scanner. Also like the ‘deep sleep’ mode when not actually in use.
