Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

Purchased this printer in November 2018. Sporadic use. Documents, pages from online manuals, etc. Maybe over 18 months 2000 pages printed (still have most of the box of printer paper left.) Got “Print Unable 0B” error today. Replaced drum (now I’m stuck with a brand new opened drum.) Didn’t work. Out of warranty. Not paying more to repair than to buy another brand.

Mostly have always liked Brother products. But, have trouble making copies with both printed text and hand written pencil notes .Pencil notes don’t copy well on Automatic. Better “density “and “contrast” options explanations would be nice. How about just darker and lighter? Pretty good product for the price, tho!

Our 20 year old copier died and we needed an economical replacement. Bought this all-in-one. Printing from the computer is easy and fast, great it has duplex too. Copier easy to use for straight coping. Will have to look up how to increase or decrease sizing, have only had the machine a short time. We don’t use the fax, no land line. Scanning easy to use and scans in color. Setup was quick and painless. Footprint is much smaller than our old desktop copier and it does more. Not too heavy if it needs to be moved.

Prints slower than the Brother I replaced. Toner seems to go faster than its predecessor. Fax didn’t work when I tried it. Not sure if it needs configuring or not. Seems like plugging in the phone line and setting the date and time should do it.
