For all the other functions, the MFC-L2710DW is equipped with both a 50-sheet ADF and an 8.5 x 11.7" flatbed with an optical resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. This configuration will capture fine detail in your originals and allow the creation of sharp copies with ease. Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

I love this printer and actually bought by accident. I had bought a canon that broke down and when I returned it to the store I just picked this up real quick. It was cheaper than the original one I had bought but waaay better!!!!

I was able to set up the printer and get it working properly. My only problem was getting the tray selection to work properly. There was no instruction on how to deset the default tray selection. Since I hadn’t inserted the paper in the tray properly it kept selection the auro feed tray. However there was no indication the paper was inserted wrong and no instruction on aper selection.

Overall a good fax/wireless printer. However, every once in a while, it doesn’t seem to connect to wirelessly. Same computer. Same spot. But sometimes, it doesn’t connect. Don’t know why.

This is a great little printer. I used ink-jet printer for years. Ink-jets are cheap, easy to use and give great results. The main problem with ink-jets is the ink dries out unless you use them daily. I’m a home user and only print occasionally, maybe 15-25 pages a month. Laser printers are made for this, they do not dry out. The printer was very easy to set up and prints very fast. It has been trouble free for the initial 6 months since I made the purchase. It sits quietly in the corner of my office and just works when I need to print. The scanner is easy to use and scans in color. I probably don’t need the utilities software that came with the printer but its a nice to have. I was initially concerned that I would miss the color printing but 98% of my printing needs are for receipts and personal records. This is a great little printer and I highly recommend it.

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. The Brother MFC-L2710DW Compact Laser All-in One Printer was easy to set up right out of the box.I think I had it up and running within 10 minutes just using the Quick Setup Guide, which was clear and easy to understand. While I appreciated the easy assembly & instructions, I found the product to be a bit bulky for a black & white only printer, mainly because there is still a need for a color printer within my home office, and adequate space for both printers could become an issue. But overall, that is the only con I was able to find while using this product. The printing is clean, clear, and crisp, no streaks or smears. I have used the printer/scanner/fax function on many All-in-One printers in the past, but this printer has lots of extras. I was especially impressed with the printing speed,(this printer gets the job done fast), the mobile printing feature(never had this on any printer I`ve owned), and the best feature in my opinion, is that one toner cartridge will print up to 1200 pages. Considering replacement cartridges are a bit pricey, I can get a lot of printing done before the toner gets low. I really like the Brother MFC-L2710DW Compact Laser All-in One Printer with all its bells & whistles, but I think I would like it better if it had a color printing option.
