Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

hard to get any work done with this machine. The old Brother was so much better tom get things done. It seems that the old one was not compatible with the new computer I had to get so I could use the new software. Im not happy that you made a product that was worse than the older one.

This piece of trash won’t scan a stack of papers into one file. Each page is a separate file. When trying to print an attachment of docs it jams after each page

Nice printer, a bit slower than a full size printer but worth the money. My biggest gripe is that it cannot keep a piece of paper straight when you feed it manually, as when putting in a piece of letterhead in the manual feeder, it gets fed totally crooked.

I can not figure out how to use the fax. I have magic jack and there were mixed reviews if that is even possible to do so. It took a little time to set up wireless, but ok for now.

This is my first Brother product and it is a good printer. Its my first laser printer so i like that i don’t have to buy inkjet cartridges all the time. Set up was easy and fast and i like that it is wireless and we can print from any device – phones, ipads, laptops. The two issues i have found are these, and they are bothersome: 1) when it goes to sleep i cannot “wake it up” simply by sending a print job. I have found that i have to turn it off completely and back on to get it out of sleep mode. 2) when I make copies the default contrast is too light. I can’t change this setting’s default setting permanently, I have to change it manually each time. If you can live with having to workaround these two issues I would recommend this printer.

We are very pleased with our new Brother MFC-L2710DW. Set-up was reasonable easy, and the printer is functioning very well. It is quieter than most printers, and my husband loves it that it is a black and white but he can scan family photos in color. We had trouble with inkjet printer cartridges exploding ink all over the floor at our high altitude (8140 feet) and wanted to switch to a laser printer where the ink does not dry out and can’t explode. We also wanted to be able to print, scan, fax and copy so thisis perfect. Note: We had to change our router a few weeks after we bought the printer and had difficulty getting it to connect. The solution was to remove the printer files and begin again as if we were installing it for the first time.

I’ve had my last Brother laser AIO for about 10 years and loved it. This new one is nearly the exact machine in every way so what’s not to love. The Software seems to require attention often. Wife has PC, I have MAC’s, we often are required to re-select our machine etc, don’t mind saying, it requires work. Thanks

I found the printer easy to set up. The print quality is great. I’m really happy with everything except sometimes the printer won’t wake up. It will go to sleep but once in a while it won’t wake up. I’ll do a hard off and on. I’ll mess with the buttons. I’ll use the software to try other settings etc. In the end I give up and the next time I try to use it the printer will wake up and work fine. It can be rather frustrating since when I need it, I need it and don’t really have time to mess around.

The only thing slow about this printer is the software download. Print quality is excellent, and it comes with a toner cartridge. It works fine on Windows 10, and I even have an old Windows 7 PC networked to it. Arrival time from B&H was only 2 days!
