Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

I’ve gone round about trying to find my problem on their website. My copier part of the unit works all of the time. The printer part works when it wants to. So frustrating and I would like to speak with a person who can tell me what’s wrong. This happened the day I purchased the unit. Not happy at all.

I love the size of my printer and it’s features with one exception and that’s the fact that it doesn’t print legal size paper through the paper tray. You have to feed it manually through the legal slot…it’s a rather clumsy way to make legal-sized copies.

I have problems with getting kicked off my WiFi feed, and this copier is the easiest to re-boot of any. I’ve had printers from different manufacturers that were so resistant to reset that I got rid of them. Love this one. I haven’t tried the fax function, but it’s there if I need it. My only reason for dropping a star is the price of toner.

Only downfall is… well… its huge. Very big. I bought it online and I did not really imagine how large the size. However, it is very easy to use after it is set up properly. I have my printer connected to my network and it is super easy to print. I can use my laptop, desktop, phone, tablet, you name it. The print quality is great. But the feeding on the top lid is not perfect but it can be tolerated. The fax feature is great and copy, scan, everything is perfect. Other than the large size, this printer is great. You will not regret.
