Along with these capabilities, the printer features a two-line monochrome LCD for checking current status and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with support for direct mobile printing. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 and Ethernet connections for wired configurations.

Brother produces such good products, I have had great experience with my other Brother printers, I don’t know if the faulty envelope printing feature is isolated to this particular machine or if it is a design flaw.

I wish it had the feature to be able to set the number of rings before it answered. I like to leave it on but it answeres within 4 rings so if im not home nobody can leave a message.

I don’t do a lot of printing so my use is pretty basic. Simply printing from the computer is easy and works well. I’ve had a couple of issues, one I’ve solved, the other I can’t get to work. When copying or scanning, if you don’t load your documents in perfectly, they will get pulled in crooked. That’s solved with careful loading. My unsolved issue is scanning a 2-sided document. The online instructions walks you through the steps and the screens that you “should” see. Unfortunately I don’t see all of the supposed screens, and as a result, I haven’t been able to scan 2-sided documents. Since I don’t do this often, it’s not a real concern,
