I have owned several home printers and I rate this one of the best. I has a high paper trap capacity, scans, prints double-sided, what more could you want!

I was amazed the printer drivers were not compatible with Mac computers so I returned your printer for an HP printer. There was no problem with your printer except the compatibility issue.

I finally got tired of buying ink jet printer cartridges and invested in a multi function laser printer. Best choice I ever made.

Have tried other printers and continue to purchase Brother printers for their ease of use and long life. Other printer head was gone in less that 1 year, whereas Brother printers have lasted me 10 years or more. Very reliable products

Disappointing light density. Have to continually set density to higher each time using for copies..

Bought as a replacement for a deskjet that had issues connecting with apple products even when it was on their website thats it’s AirPrint compatible. Using it heavily for home schooling needs and work related documents ( approx 50 sheets per day) Have had no issues the past months with all apple products (laptop, desktop , phone and iPads)

I purchased this printer as a back up unit. I do have previous experience with Brother products and they perform fine. I am not a heavy printing bug and this printer shall last for years. The only problem I faced was the set up of the fax and make it work. Still I do have problems with it. Thanks for asking for my feedback.

Arrived quickly, set up was the easiest for anything ever, took all of 5 minutes. Prints painlessly from iMacs, MBP, iPad’s etc, super sharp and very fast. The only issue is that when the printer warms up from sleep, there is a big draw on the electricity just for a second or two. Originally, I had this attached to a smart UPS, but it drew so much power, I switched to an outlet with no other draw. Someone posted that his circuit breaker would throw every start-up. Mine is not that bad but the lights in the room on the same cir suit occasionally dim just a little if a lot of stuff is powered up. So, if your electric current isn’t stout or has large demand, this may be a consideration. But recommended otherwise.
