Have used it for past 4 months and works perfectly. No problem with wireless connection like I have had with other brands.

I was using the Epson printer to receive faxes. Switching to the brothers laser printer you saving me tons of money

Our first machine was good up until about two months ago, then it just quit. Brother replaced it, by sending a new one in a few days. The replacement is doing fine.

Although HP is the printer of choice at work I have used the Brother printers at home for many years. Since I do a LOT of work at home (even before the virus) this machine produces a lot of product.

The printer is reliable, does not jam often and we rarely need to refill the ink in it…excellent product and we’ve had it for over a year so far no issues.

It copies fine and prints fine the issue is with the scanning. You can only put 2-3 documents in the feeder at a time or it will suck in all of them. You cannot scan in color because it scans too slow and if you can in gray or black/white you are unable to read the darker pages after they are scanned in. This product is not good for a business.

Always good products with minimal hassle – highly recommend.

It has been a good printer though I did have problems with the ADF for a while and I thought I was going to have to call. It has worked out. Then toner apparently didn’t order early enough….

I’m so glad I bought this machine for my small business… great copy quality; quick faxing; and good quality printing. This is my second brother machine. Lower ink use age means less overall cost.

The problem is the internet because I was in the internet account that belongs to social services and the printer is wrong and it’s not the right printer because Christy Gillette has been in a internet account that doesn’t belong to me because she’s been in my brothers account and she doesn’t belong in the university account

The printer request a pin number in order for a the wireless printer to get connected. This makes it harder to use the wireless part of the printer work. Brothers need to include the pin number with their instructions.

The machine is working well after 1 month of use. The WiFi connection is reliable, doesn’t drop off at all. Set-up was tedious, but online chat with Drury solved all issues.

Replaced the drum unit and toner cartridges (Brother OEM, both) and still have a shadow on the page as well as soft grey stripes on the right and left margins of the printable area.

My only complaint is that it stopped printing when it determined it was out of toner when in fact it was not out of toner and was still printing nicely, i.e. up to the point it stopped printing.
