Enjoy wireless connectivity and all-in-one functionality with the MFC-J5330DW Inkjet Printer from Brother which offers printing, scanning, copying, and faxing. The core printing features include a high 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution, the ability to handle documents up to 11 x 17″, and speeds of 22 ppm in black and 20 ppm in color. This combined with built-in Wi-Fi allows for setting up with an easy connection and the ability to work directly from a mobile device.
For the other functions, an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed with an optical resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi can scan, copy, and fax your documents. A 50-sheet ADF is present for batch jobs. General paper handling is available through either a 250-sheet standard tray or a 1-sheet bypass. Additionally, a 2.7″ touchscreen LCD is present for intuitive control along with USB 2.0 and Ethernet ports for wired connectivity.

Since I can’t reply to your last message: When I say it blocks out all functionality, I mean ALL functionality, not just printing functions. It will not read flash drives. It will not scan to any device hooked up to it, and the instructions to “switch to grayscale” do nothing per your response to my review. To anyone who can read this, do yourself a favor and do not buy unless you plan on stocking up on ink cartridges. This thing eats them whether you print anything or not.

It’s a plus when, (out of the box), a product like this almost sets itself up and works properly. cords, ink, clearly written instructions are all provided. The product is user friendly and has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. The provided drivers/software integrate with other programs seamlessly… A+ Recommended.

This prints quickly and has good quality. The ink lasts a long time. It is great for wireless printing. My one complaint is the manual feeder has to be used for envelopes and it hates them. I spend 5 times the amount of time that I should to print envelopes between it not seeing them, it spitting them out, or it jamming. The sad thing is I bought it so that I could print envelopes with it.

This printer is fast and very user friendly. I was able to connect it to my mobile hotspot to continue working during the hurricane when we were without cable for about a week. Brother website is great for any questions, and I know there is much more this printer can do than what I have used it for. The color is very vivid. I have no complaints other than the envelope feeder is a little awkward being in the back, but I am sure that will be a matter of adjusting the printer to a different location.

The last brother printer we had was 14yrs old and so we figured we purchase another brother printer that was a big mistake after Purchasing 7 months ago for are office we print around 1500 to 3000 pages daily and we have tried oem inks and 3party inks and no matter what we have to clean the printer head everyday. The printhead always needs cleaned which waste ink and already have filled the ink tank with in 7months due to always needing cleaning. This printer looks great has lots of features but all it does is have ink clogging issues. Would not recommend this printer

1st issue – After one month my feeder for scanning stop working. Resolution – Brother sent me a new machine. 2nd & 3rd issues – 2 x’s after receiving my new machine, I had to call tech support because the scans weren’t being sent to my computer. Resolution – Both times I was instructed to delete and reinstall the Brother software. 4th issue – yesterday (12/2/20) I was trying to print and kept getting an error telling me to reseat a print cartridge. I tried multiple times – didn’t work. I also shut machine down and restarted, again, didn’t worked. This morning before I called tech support to resolve issue, machine was working.
