Item came extremely quick, i had trouble with the lines on the paper and not the correct color. i contacted brother for help with the product and it was an expired toner cartridge. brother is sending me a new cartridge, so hopefully this will solve my problems.

I hope this one lasts longer than the original toner cartridge which in my printer was depleted quicker than with any other laser printer I have ever own and I’ve own 7 or 8 of them.

I replaced the original cartridge recently and the new one is defective. All copies had black blotches, periodic black lines, other black cartridge defects. I was extremely annoyed because up to this point, print-outs had been very good. I went to a local office supply store and the tech help thought the cartridge was defective. I bought a new one there, replaced it, and now everything is back to normal. How often is a toner cartridge defective? Can you tell anything by looking at them? This is the first time that I have bought a defective product from B&H in over thirty years. Of course, it is a consumable so I suppose Brother won’t do anything about it.

Works well, lasts a long time. What more could I desire?
